Narrowboat Trips continued!

I eventually found the boat....and was able to park fairly nearby to load up all the stuff! Liz and Keith were coming a few days later - and I was single-handed until then! Decided to head down Trent & Mersey, across the Middlewich Branch and onto the Shropshire Union Canal, to meet them near the Llangollen Junction. Locks are very slow and hard work when you're single-handed - but true to canal form, I had plenty of help from other boaters...and met up with Liz and Keith as planned.

We passed some very interesting working boats that had been carefully restored...and I just had to photograph them!
