NEW YEAR 2003 took Liz, Keith and I on a trip down the
RUNCORN ARM of the TRENT & MERSEY CANAL!
As always, it was very enjoyable - although we did think Runcorn was a bit like the 'end of the world' - but maybe it was the grey winter day that made it seem worse than it really is!
There was a little bit of ice on the canal for one or two days - but fortunately we were not frozen in, again!
